Fund 2

Established in 2014, Fund 2 (as it is now known) targeted real estate backed regional hospitality assets around Australia. Fund 2 targets a 10% income return and 5% capital growth rate. Fund 2 closed to new investors in December 2018 and is finalising its acquisitions to bring the total number of properties held to 10. The Fund has some $31m FUM and around 65 investors.
